It covers virtually the whole field of agricultural valuations and practice including tenant right valuations, improvements, fixtures, milk quotas and dilapidations. Also, independent expert determination is dealt with, as is the Arbitrations Act 1996. A chapter on farm business tenancies under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995 is included. The author, a member of a North Wales farming family who lives and farms in Herefordshire, has over 43 years' experience as an agricultural valuer and is senior partner of RG and RB Williams, Ross on Wye.
